Haiti Design Co-op Lookbook // Part Two

Today I'm sharing the second look from the photos I shot for Haiti Design Co-op back in July. Ismalea was the star of these photos again, and she really killed it as a model in all of the photos we shot. How fun is that stair shot at the bottom? If you didn't catch the first part of the lookbook, you can see it here. Haiti Design Co-op used a few shots from this look for their new homepage, and it looks amazing!

I've been friends with Chandler and Josh, the founders of Haiti Design Co-op, for over 7 years and have absolutely loved getting to support their incredible work with snapping photos for them. Haiti Design Co-op is responsible for employing over 150 people and is also supporting the community of Port au Prince with not only its job creation but also efforts to better the health and wellness of their employees and surrounding family and friends. I'm unbelievable proud of Chandler and Josh and the organization they've created and plan to continue supporting them many years into the future. You can support by shopping their bags, accessories, and now clothing here or making a donation to support their community initiatives here!

Moriah Murrell // Know Your Makers

I've been working Moriah now for almost two years (!) and consider her to be one a great friend. Moriah is all about shopping ethically and knowing who makes your clothes. She's a huge supporter and proponent of some of my favorite ethically made brands including Haiti Design Co-op, Nisolo, Elizabeth Suzann, and Corinne Collection. Moriah is one of few bloggers that really works to know who made her clothes and shop ethically, and she's a big part of spreading that message and sharing the awesome pieces from brands made in the USA or ethically overseas. I love this look she pulled together because it's so stylish yet effortless at the same time. What are your favorite ethical brands? I'm always looking for more!

Carden Avenue Jewelry // Lifestyle Shoot

Happy Friday guys! Today I'm sharing a few shots from a lifestyle shoot I did with Carden Avenue Jewelry. Carden Avenue is based out of Nashville and was founded by Carolyn and Suzanne, two long time Nashville residents. They make fun, unique jewelry that is full of flair and combines unexpected elements like stone, leather, and pearls. My favorite piece is the last necklace in the photos that's a fun play on a choker and tassel necklace. I love the way Ridley styled it with that hot open back tank and denim. Shop Carden Avenue here and learn more about their story and see more of their pieces.
